Manual ram type preventers

The manual ram-type preventers are designed for wellhead sealing during well repair. They are manufactured in compliance with technical specifications ТУ 3661-004-39048342-98 in version K1 / K2 according to GOST 13862-90.

• flangeless version;
• one-piece forged body made of high-resistant thermostrengthened alloyed steel;
• unorthodox design of small-sized ram comprised of a one-piece body and seals;
• operating temperature range of seals made of  a special resin composite is from +130°C to -50°C (when nonfreezing drill fluid is used);
• long service life and maintainability in field conditions due to  application of high-duty removable seal-and-bearing supports (seat members) in the body;
• built-in heat chamber is provided. Heat medium is steam or heated oil from the hydraulic control station with a heating module;
• additionally a set of changeable parts (rams and seals, see the List in SPTA Catalogue), the hand (detachable) drive for ram fixing, the flange spools and the  cross-pieces may be delivered.
